Sophomore student Leo Parra described a scary sight in his afternoon welding class. “It was pajama day and somehow a spark got in his shirt and then all of a sudden, he flamed all the way up,” Parra said. He said that his classmate ran down the hallway on fire and a teacher ran after him. “She tackled him to the ground and started patting him down and then she got the fire blanket, or somebody brought her the fire blanket, and covered him,” Parra said.
